How to Request Data Deletion

If you have used Facebook Login or interacted with Hi-Top through Facebook Messenger and would like to request the deletion of your personal data, you can do so by following the steps below.

Option 1 — Via Facebook Settings

  1. Go to your Facebook account Settings
  2. Click on Apps and Websites
  3. Find Hi-Top Messenger in the list
  4. Click Remove to revoke access and delete associated data

Option 2 — Contact Us Directly

You may also send us a data deletion request directly and we will process it within 30 days.

Subject: Data Deletion Request

Include: Your name and the email or Facebook account associated with your data

What We Will Delete

  • Your name and contact information stored in our system
  • Messages sent through our Messenger integration
  • Any franchise or career application data linked to your account

Confirmation

Once your data has been deleted, we will send a confirmation to your email address. Please note that some data may be retained if required by law or for legitimate business purposes such as fraud prevention.
